Warner Music OpenSea

Warner Music Group announced that it has entered into a partnership with the NFT marketplace, OpenSea. The collaboration is supposed to increase Warner Music artists’ Web3 presence, including Madonna, Ed Sheeran, and Cardi B.

As part of the deal, OpenSea will secure the artists an early place in the NFT marketplace future products. In addition, their NFTs will receive a special place on the website in order to boost visibility, and the OpenSea team will work to support the artists’ growth of Web3 fanbases.

The first Warner Music NFT collection on OpenSea will come in the form of NFT label passes for Probably a Label – a record company launched by the celebrity chef, Jeremy Fall.

Users with NFT label passes will be able to license tracks from a library built by other members, jointly develop virtual artists’ careers, and attend special live events like meetings with artists and music executives. Sounds neat.
